Hypnotherapy is a co-operative process.  During  your sessions we’ll discuss your goals and what you hope to achieve from your therapy. We will talk you through how hypnosis works and exactly what will happen during your sessions. Before you enter a hypnotic state, we will have determined together the level of suggestion we’ll be working towards. Hypnotherapy is never a scary or intimidating process; rather, you will be cocooned in a safe atmosphere where trust is implicit.
