Healthy Eating

I will work with you to encourage healthy eating in moderation and exercise. You will not have to go on any strict diet, you do not even have to go to the gym because a brisk 30 minute walk each day or at least 3 times a week will be sufficient. You will not have to buy special diet foods. If you have a family or someone else to cook for, you will cook the same foods and then adjust what you have.

Most of my clients have lost a half to one kilo a week. Sometimes a client may lose 2 or 3 kilos the first couple of weeks and then it will taper off to 1 kilo.

After you have had hypnotherapy you will feel very motivated to lose your excess weight and to exercise.

About 12 months ago my interest in weight loss increased because of the large number of clients presenting for weight loss who had developed obesity related disorders such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, and heart problems. Knee and back problems were also very very common. I kept thinking, if only you had lost the weight before these conditions had developed. I think the same thing with smokers who had developed some dreadful disorders just because they smoked. If only they had stopped smoking before these problems had developed.
